Chelsea Samuel is a creative storyteller, who encourages creativity and authenticity through storytelling and content creation. Chelsea currently creates content and experiences to provoke thought and conversation on a range of topics within popular culture and entertainment. Additionally, through partnerships and service, she influences her community to maintain healthy and positive lifestyles through health and wellness, style and beauty, civic engagement and more.

As an Atlanta native, Chelsea has always taken pride in her hometown fueling her ear and love for music and culture. Her academic background in Television Production at Howard University further inspired the foundation of her former brand Sammy Approved and the Approved Army online community. The platform has transcended into a sustainable fashion house, Approved Shop, where she designs custom apparel and repurposes high-end vintage pieces.

As a well-known host, curator and entertainment journalist, Chelsea prides herself on being a voice and example for the culture. Many of her past work experiences have allowed her to utilize her gift of creative storytelling through radio, podcasting and digital content. Now, she intends to continue feeding her passion by writing and acting in television and film under her new production house - Durty Chai Productions. Durty Chai encourages healing through creative storytelling.
